Concept Art

The visual inspiration for Lazy Susan, was established with concept art, based on the descriptions of the various settings in the script. Enlisting the help of Kim Smith, an Alberta based Illustrator, Kim was able to produce detailed concepts, that set the tone of the film, serving as inspiration throughout the entire production.

Though originally each set was designed to be quite elaborate, given the limited resources available to the post-production, much of the concepts remained just that, concepts.
